In this section, I will briefly explain what I trade. My specialization is trading futures on financial markets, including index futures, commodity and metal futures, currency futures, crypto futures, and stock futures, as well as other derivatives. Futures are one of the best financial instruments for speculation because they allow the use of leverage, significantly increasing potential profits on invested capital. However, futures trading is also the riskiest type of trading, which is why so few traders succeed in this field.

I use rather aggressive trading strategies that enable me to significantly outperform overall market growth. Unlike conservative trading, aggressive strategies require deep knowledge of risk management, strong psychological resilience, and a high level of self-discipline to stick to the strategy and make the right decisions. Regarding the holding period of positions, my trading strategies are primarily focused on intraday trades as well as trades lasting a few days, usually no more than five. Intraday trading allows for full risk control, which is its main advantage. However, to capture strong market movements, it is sometimes necessary to hold a position for several days. In such cases, I extend my holding period beyond intraday trading. Additionally, holding positions for a longer duration allows me to build a larger position if an instrument lacks liquidity.

Besides futures, I am also proficient in trading other instruments, such as stocks and currencies. However, I still believe that futures are the best instruments for trading. As for automated trading systems (trading algorithms), I use them when working with the prop trading firm SILVER HOOF, where we develop and deploy trading algorithms across various markets.

You may also be curious about my opinion on cryptocurrency markets and crypto futures. I believe that cryptocurrencies are excellent for speculation but not for long-term investments. I trade crypto futures speculatively and see great potential in both this market and the entire crypto industry. However, I do not recommend long-term investments in cryptocurrencies due to their high volatility, making them more suitable for short-term speculation.
